Gisele Bundchen explains why she purchased a farm for her daughter Vivian: ‘It’s a joyful activity we can enjoy together.’

The supermodel has purchased a farm where Vivian can enjoy riding her horse, named Item, in a private and peaceful environment, away from unwanted attention.

Gisele, who shares Vivian and her 13-year-old son Benjamin with her former spouse Tom Brady, 46, expressed her enthusiasm for engaging in this enjoyable activity together. She further revealed her involvement in raising Jack, Tom’s son from his previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan.
Moreover, Bundchen mentioned that her daughter has expressed a desire to acquire a second horse.
The leggy Versace model expressed her appreciation for the care provided to her horse, Vivi, stating that she finds the horse to be very easy to handle. However, her daughter has expressed a desire for a new horse to jump higher, to which the model has advised her to remain calm and content with her current horse’s abilities. The model shared that her daughter has promised to work and assist her in caring for the horse.
The model believes that her daughter’s current horse is capable of jumping at a satisfactory height and has advised her to remain patient. It has been reported that the model has purchased a luxurious equestrian estate in southern Florida, featuring two horse rings, a football pitch, and a pool. The property, situated on 7.5 acres in the Southwest Ranches development, was listed by Chad Bishop and Saddy Abaunza Delgado of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
Chad, in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, expressed that Bundchen’s recently acquired property is poised to become a sanctuary for animals, with plans to allow horses, chickens, and other farm animals to freely roam.
He emphasized that the property will truly prioritize the well-being of animals, stating, “It’s going to be a genuine haven for animals, without a doubt.”
Saddy, in his statement to the newspaper, highlighted the reputation of the Southwest Ranches community for its expansive land and stunning estates. He emphasized that finding a property of this magnitude, with such ample space, is unparalleled in Miami.
Gisele’s new residence boasts an impressive 5,200 square feet of living space, featuring nine bedrooms spread across the main house and a separate 10-stall barn that includes guest quarters.
