Bride-to-be dies following a ‘dream’ boob job to enhance cleavage in a low-cut wedding dress
In a sad turn of events, Alessia Neboso, a bride-to-be from Italy, who underwent breast augmentation surgery in order to enhance her cleavage for her upcoming wedding to her fiancé, Mario Lucchesi. Unfortunately, shortly after the procedure, Alessia began to experience a range of concerning symptoms, including a high fever, fatigue, cough, weakness, and gastrointestinal issues. Following a deterioration in her health, the patient’s family promptly sought medical assistance at the emergency room of Villa dei Fiori Clinic, located in Acerra near Naples, Italy.
Upon her admission on 20 September, it was evident that her condition had reached a critical stage.
Dr. Feliciano Ciccarelli informed the local media that the medical staff on duty promptly recognized the gravity of the situation. The patient’s functional indicators were significantly compromised, with her kidneys already experiencing failure, her white blood cell count reaching 17,000, and her breathing becoming increasingly difficult.
It is worth noting that a normal white blood cell count typically falls within the range of 4,000 to 11,000 per microlitre.
Dr. Ciccarelli further explained that the medical team conducted a comprehensive array of tests to determine the source of the sepsis. These tests included an ultrasound and a CT scan of the abdomen, as well as another CT scan of the chest, which revealed that the issue originated from the lungs.
Following stabilization, Alessia was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Despite the medical professionals’ diligent efforts to sustain her life, she tragically succumbed to a cardiac arrest a few hours later.
It is important to note that Alessia had been contemplating undergoing breast augmentation surgery for several months.
A confidential source informed local media that a close friend of theirs, Alessia, had expressed her desire to wear a stunning low-cut dress on her wedding day to accentuate her newly augmented cleavage. Alessia had long harbored insecurities about the size of her breasts, despite them being of a satisfactory size. She was determined to undergo the procedure, disregarding the advice of her loved ones, including her boyfriend. During a visit to the source’s residence for a manicure, Alessia was elated to share her decision to undergo the surgery.

According to Dr. Ciccarelli, Alessia’s condition remained stable until the 18th. However, she began experiencing discomfort that evening, which persisted into the following morning. Subsequently, her condition progressively deteriorated, leading her to arrive at the clinic in critical condition and classified as a ‘code red’ patient on the 20th.
A complaint has been lodged by the grief-stricken family of Alessia, and the authorities have initiated an investigation into the matter.
In an interview with local media, her parents expressed their desire for the truth to be revealed if any parties are found responsible. They firmly believe that if Alessia’s demise was a result of medical negligence, justice must prevail.
A former neighbor, Francesca, aged 65, shared with the local media that Alessia was eagerly looking forward to attending her niece’s baptism on Sunday. It deeply saddens her that Alessia will not be able to embrace the little girl who shares her name.
Mario, in a recent social media post, expressed his unwavering love for Alessia. He vowed to relentlessly pursue justice on her behalf, emphasizing that she holds an irreplaceable place in his heart. He concluded by assuring her that she will forever be cherished by him and her family.
